Return Process

  Log in to your online account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return, or bring your original receipt to any Edgars store location.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags attached. If returning by courier, securely pack the items and include the completed return form inside the box.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Hand over your package to our designated courier partner at your scheduled collection time, or simply visit the customer service desk at your nearest branch.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or finalize your exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
